Our food
Our approach to food is simple, local, seasonal ethical, and most importantly tasty.

Having previously owned and managed an organic farm in Derbyshire we have a strong connection with locally grown food. 

We still own our own livestock, so there are often dishes on the menu using our own produce. We also source from small local suppliers and award winning butchers. The menu changes regularily so our sample menu here is just a guide.
